As I have noticed it is much quieter than it used to be, this is a signal boost for fic_promptly. It is a multi-fandom prompt community.

That's right. WHATEVER YOUR FANDOM, YOU CAN LEAVE OR FILL PROMPTS HERE, at fic_promptly . You don't have to be a member, or even have a Dreamwidth account.

Replaying the game - FFVII

Its really hard to tale AVALANCHE seriously when Barret keeps shouting at people while on top secret terrorist missions to blow up reactors (subtle he is not), and Jessie apparently got her instructions for making bombs off the local equivalent of the internet.

Also, there's this guy by the bottom of the sector 7 support pillar, who keeps talking about his 'strange, special little place', which he shyly invites Cloud to visit any time at the end of their first dialogue. The Plate's about to drop, he's still there, and looking at the animation, I'm trying to convince myself its not his favourite 'strange, special little place' for public exposure and/or masturbation. But really, what is he doing with his hands?! (The way he asks for Cloud's help is not dissuading me of this at all.)

You work very horde on a paper for English clash
And then get a very glow raid (like a D or even a D=)
and all because you are the word¹s liverwurst spoiler.
Proofreading your peppers is a matter of the the utmost impotence.

This is a problem that affects manly, manly students.
I myself was such a bed spiller once upon a term
that my English teacher in my sophomoric year,
Mrs. Myth, said I would never get into a good colleague.
And that¹s all I wanted, just to get into a good colleague.
Not just anal community colleague,
because I wouldn¹t be happy at anal community colleague.
I needed a place that would offer me intellectual simulation,
I really need to be challenged, challenged menstrually.
I know this makes me sound like a stereo,
but I really wanted to go to an ivory legal colleague.
So I needed to improvement
or gone would be my dream of going to Harvard, Jail, or Prison
(in Prison, New Jersey).

So I got myself a spell checker
and figured I was on Sleazy Street.

But there are several missed aches
that a spell chukker can¹t can¹t catch catch.
For instant, if you accidentally leave a word
your spell exchequer won¹t put it in you.
And God for billing purposes only
you should have serial problems with Tori Spelling
your spell Chekhov might replace a word
with one you had absolutely no detention of using.
Because what do you want it to douch?

Which reminds me of this one time during my Junior Mint.

There's a part of him that's never going to get over the fact that he doesn't have the life that he remembers - that it's not his life anymore. Part of him that wants to know what's happening to his (not his) team, wants to be part of the fight to protect Earth from whatever threatens it, because that is who he is. Who he was, anyway.

But that's not him now. It's been made painfully clear to him that he's not Jack O'Neill, even if he remembers being him for more years than he's physically been alive.

So it's surprisingly easy to cut the last few strings: the identity arranged by the SGC, which he's not naive enough to believe comes without some sort of monitoring. He picks a new name and uses what he still remembers to disappear.

Because if he's going to be someone other than Jack O'Neill, then distance can only help.
